Cinnamon & Vanilla Poached Plum Toast

Sarah likes to create art through food by creating new recipes and photographing them. She took Essential’s Gluten Free Super Seeded Multigrain and made a beautiful, fun, and delicious breakfast by adding greek yogurt, plums, cinnamon, vanilla, and nuts.
When we asked her what’s her motivation for her Instagram profile she said, “I had no idea when I started my page how much I’d enjoy the creative photography aspect of it. I like taking the typical recipe and putting a healthier spin on it. That’s why I added the Greek yogurt to your toast (added protein) for breakfast! Nutrition and ingredients are important to me and I focus on healthy options when it comes to all of my recipes.”
