I have been buying your fabulous bread at costco in Toronto but today I went and it wasn’t on the shelf and there didn’t seem to be an empty area waiting for more inventory. I really hope it wasn’t discontinued as it’s absolutely fantastic.

Just tried your bread, the multi grain one, which I purchased at Costco in Palm Springs Ca. It is so good, and satisfying too. Want to try the other types too, as all other gluten free bread I have had in the past taste terrible in comparison. Hope to find this is sold in Canada as we head home in March. If not will be driving to Bellingham to Costco to buy it.

I discovered your the Gluten-Free Super Seeded bread at Costco this summer, but unfortunately it is too far for me to travel there often enough. Is there a chance your eStore will start shipping to Canada?

Thank you! We’re glad to hear that you love Super Seeded Multigrain! We currently don’t ship from our website to Canada. Since Costco in Canada does carry our products, you could try filling out a customer comment card requesting our other products as well.

I tried your bread from Costco in California and loved it – is it going to be available here in the Greater Toronto area? I haven’t seen it yet….I live in Oakville and can shop at the Mississauga, Burlington or Etobicoke locations. Thanks!!

Thanks Laurel! Various Costco locations in Canada are now carrying our gluten free Super Seeded Multigrain and our Artisan Bake At Home breads. If you aren’t finding it at the location near you, the best thing to do is to ask for it by filling our a customer comment card.

Hooray! Just found it at Costco and it is delicious – but Costco has a sad reputation of bringing in great new products and then dropping them again. Will it be carried at grocery or specialty stores as well?

Sandra, thank you! We’re so glad to hear that you found our gluten free bread in Canada! It’s a good idea to fill out a customer comment card at your local Costco and let them know that you’d like to continue to be able to purchase our gluten free bread there. Costco is the only location in Canada where we currently carry out breads.

Thanks Sandra! Definitely fill out a customer comment card at your local Costco, telling them that you would like to continue to be able to purchase our products at that store location. We are also now selling nationwide at Safeway grocery stores in the US, if you are near the boarder.

Yes, I agree! My son has celiac and I was soooo happy to see this GF bread. He really enjoys it and it has a long shelf-life. But sad to say, COSTCO IS MOST UNRELIABLE. They don’t bring it in regularly and when I called they said, its not their concern, it’s the supplier who bring it in whenever – don’t believe its true. Costco also brought in GF oats, rice and quinoa blend and then they NEVER bring it back. Costco in Canada is temperamental in their products and I’ve many people complain. Wake up Costco!!

They asked me to put a request in their Customer Service recommendation box, which I did quite a few times – but its useless – they don’t bother.

      Its frustrating!

I’m so sorry to hear that Beth. I’ll be sure to pass your comment along to our folks who speak directly with Costco. I hope they start carrying it more regularly for you up there soon!
