Found your double pack of Gluten free bread at Costco. Plus our favorite Health Food type restaurant uses it in their dishes. I see that a loaf should be eaten within a week of opening. The two of us can’t eat one loaf. Can a partial loaf be frozen? Thanks. John in Las Vegas
Can’t eat a whole loaf in a week.
You can slice it up, put it in a zip-top bag and freeze it. Then pull it out a slice at a time and toast it. It will taste delicious.
Can you freeze the “Bake at Home” Sourdough, before baking, to extend the shelf life?
You sure can! If you think you won’t eat it before the use by date, go ahead and freeze it. When you’re ready to eat it, place directly on your oven rack frozen and bake longer, more like 10-15, maybe 20 minutes.
Yes, you can freeze it or simply put it in your fridge it. I personally find that our opened gluten free bread lasts a while in a zip bag in the fridge.
basically I am looking for good tasting and non cardboard types of rolls, breads etc. I recently bought a double loaf of ;your super seeded multigrain bread at Costco and was very favorably impressed with the product.
Great! We’re glad to hear that you were impressed! You’ll be able to order our gluten free products on-line, thanks also to our stay-fresh-packaging allowing for easy shipping.
thank you..looking forward to ordering from ;you!
do you have a retail mail order program for gluten free products?
I’m glad you asked! At this very moment, we are working on updating our website to accommodate on-line retail orders for our Bake-At-Home Bread and our Gluten Free products. Stay tuned as we’ll be making the announcement, once it’s ready on our website, Facebook, and Twitter. Was there a specific product you were interested in ordering on-line?
