My niece in Troy Michigan gifted me with four loaves of Gluten Free Multi-Grain Seeded Bread for Christmas. Before I discovered I needed to go gluten-free I was baking my own bread. So far, Essential Baking Company’s Gluten Free bread is the closest to that good tasting, substantial and healthy bread I used to bake. Okay..I live in Northeast Michigan, we have a local grocery store called Neiman’s in Alpena, MI that provides a growing number of us gluten-free eaters products. Please market to them and Meijer’s stores so I can more easily keep eating this awesome bread. Thanks.

Thanks so much for writing Mary! I’ve passed along this store information to the rest of our team so we can look into it. We’re so glad to hear that you’re able to find our bread and that you are enjoying it!

I am in Honolulu and just found out about Essential Bakery. Looks like a fabulous place with delicious products. I want Essential Bakery GF Bread!!! My friend in Seattle says it is the best. I know Hawaii is a very far and remote location, but we do have Whole Foods and Costco here. Please send your bread to us!

The Raisin Pecan bread has been a staple in our house for years. But it seems the recipe has changed. Much lighter and airy. We like it the old way.

      Hi Dru,
It’s nice to hear from you again. We have to agree, Rosemary, Olive and Panettone are all on our favorites list. You must try the pannetone bread pudding that we posted about. We are still dreaming about it.
