Happy Hour is Coming to Our Wallingford Cafe!

Since we all would appreciate a little more happy time, The Essential Baking Company’s Wallingford Cafe is throwing it’s first Happy Hour, on July 13th from 7pm – 10pm.

We will have live music, a variety of local beers…

and some delicious pizzas made in our beautifuly traditional stone oven, The Llopis (pronounced Opi) from Barcelona Spain. In this charming oven, we will be preparing the following Mini Pizzas for you:

♦ Chicken Peppered Pineapple – Chicken, Roasted Peppers, Pineapple, & Mozzarella with Garlic Infused Olive Oil

♦ Cheesy Chicken – Chicken, Gorgonzola Cheese, & Mozzarella with Garlic Infused Olive Oil

♦ The Hawaiian – Ham & Pineapple with Mozzarella & Marinara Sauce

♦ The Italian – Fresh Tomato, Roasted Zucchini, Parmesan Cheese and Mozzarella with Garlic Infused Olive Oil

♦ Plenty of Cheese – Mozzarella, Parmesan, & Gorgonzola with Garlic Infused Olive Oil

♦ The Veggie – Arugula, Mozzarella, Fresh Tomato with Basil Infused Olive Oil

We are also offering a combo special where you can order a salads off our regular menu during happy hour with beer or wine and receive a $1.00 off.
